Take a free class this weekend: cooking with All-Clad d3 armor
This weekend, we’ll be hosting a very special cooking class at our flagship Williams-Sonoma stores. Vinny and Jon Dotolo are the chefs behind three renowned Los Angeles restaurants, Animal, Son of a Gun and Jon & Vinny’s. They have designed recipes to use our All-Clad d3 Armor. These pans are made of three-ply stainless steel and aluminium, with a bond matrix at the top for food release.
This Sunday, April 17, learn how to make dishes like Garlic-Braised Escarole, Spicy Roasted Cauliflower with Capers and Roasted Trout with Meyer Lemon Vinaigrette , all of which shine when cooked with All-Clad d3 Armor’s outstanding heat conduction and stick-resistant surface.
Only a few stores offer classes. Class times may vary depending on the store.
The classes last for an hour and offer a chance to taste prepared foods.

Chuck Williams’ Recipes: Free Classes For All Ages This Weekend
Tomorrow, Williams-Sonoma founder Chuck Williams turns 100 , and we’re celebrating all weekend long! Enjoy some of his best-known recipes in our free, in-store classes on Saturday and Sunday.
Chuck Williams best kids recipes will be shown on Saturday, Oct. 3rd at 10:00 AM. Children aged 8-13 will learn how to make recipes like butter lettuce salad, juicy roast chicken, and chocolate mousse for dessert all recipes they’ll look forward to re-creating at home.
A class for adults will take place on Sunday, Oct 4, and you’ll learn how to prepare Chuck Williams classic and beloved recipes. Blacksmith’s salad (a Modena tradition salad), a succulent roast bird, a spinach risotto, chocolate mousse, and traditional potato-gratin are some of the dishes on offer.

Many Williams Sonoma locations offer classes and events for cooking, as well as cookbook clubs. You can find classes at different places and they are very limited. Also, you’ll get 10% off all your purchases at the store on the same day that you attend one! Based on what I read, they vary greatly from store to store. It also depends on the teacher.
I had the pleasure of taking two classes recently with my friend. We signed up for one class on our own, as I was going shopping that day. We had such a great time at the first class, that we immediately signed up for our next weekend’s classes before we even left. These were at the Williams-Sonoma in Lexington, KY.
Both classes were completely different. One class was for Instant Pot users and fans. The class was interesting and I didn’t know if it would help me learn something new. I was completely unfamiliar with the tart making process in the second class. I have never attempted to make my own puff pastry or a tart.
You can be sure that I enjoyed both the class I was familiar with as well as that which was new to my knowledge.

Williams Sonoma announces a new recipe program and a new shipping subscription.
New recipes apps give you instant access to thousands and instructions from Williams Sonoma Test Kitchen. A major home furnishings retailer is introducing new digital meal-planning and delivery services.duct/recipe development hub.
Users of the iOS app will also have access to exclusive content, how-to videos and tools that assist with building grocery lists, and creating virtual recipe boxes to organize recipes and assist with menu development. You can also browse recipe collections curated by a certain cuisine, season, ingredient or holiday using the app. The cooking classes section in the app provides recipe guides and videos to teach users cooking techniques or tips for working with various ingredients.
For $39.99 annually, access to the app will be available. A $99 annual subscription is required to receive free access to Williams Sonoma Reserve.
Williams Sonoma Reserve members will get a subscription to the app for free. In addition, they’ll also be eligible for free shipping for standard orders for a year. Additionally, access to four Williams Sonoma virtual cooking classes is included. This would typically cost $80. Williams Sonoma Reserve membership is accessible via the company’s website. Williams Sonoma Reserve can also be joined in to The Key Reward, a loyalty program offering members special benefits on all Williams-Sonoma banners.
According to the retailer, the addition of both the Williams Sonoma Reserve membership program and the Williams Sonoma Recipes app reinforces the company’s ongoing strategic initiative to develop and deploy additional digital channels for content distribution.
Williams Sonoma’s new products join two popular trends. The retailer does not sell specialty food, but omnichannel planning apps and services for grocery stores are growing in popularity.
Amazon recently introduced its Prime member service which allows for free delivery of qualifying products. Target and Walmart Kroger have both launched paid membership programs offering free delivery.
