Walmart’s standard return policy allows you to return most items within 90 days of purchase or delivery.
Sometimes, however, within these 90 days we can lose our receipts! Is it possible to return products to Walmart even if you don’t have a receipt. These are my findings.

Walmart will issue a cash credit and a return receipt for purchase less than $10.
Where can I return an item that I have not received a receipt at Walmart?

They will then check your ID as part of the refund verification process. Additionally, it can help a lot if you have the original packaging.
The refund verification process determines both if the item is available for return (using the barcode) and if you can return it (using your ID).
If you are listed in the database as someone who returns frequently without receipts, your return might not be accepted. Your return may also be refused based on its value or when it was bought.
